📜 Terms & Conditions – Malluween 2025 

Age Restriction:
🔞 This is a 19+ event. All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.

Dress Code:

• Participants are encouraged to dress as Malayalam movie or cultural characters to qualify for the costume contest.

• Costumes must be respectful and not contain any offensive, discriminatory, or overly revealing content.

• Props that resemble real weapons or pose safety risks will not be permitted inside the venue.

Entry Policy:

• Entry will be subject to capacity limits. Management reserves the right to deny entry once the venue reaches maximum occupancy.

• Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Behavior & Conduct:

• Any guest displaying aggressive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will be removed from the premises without refund.

• Harassment, disorderly conduct, or destruction of property will result in permanent bans and potential police involvement.

• The event organizers and venue management have zero tolerance for violence or illegal substances.

Cash Prize Contest:

• Costume contest winners will be decided by a panel of judges and audience votes based on creativity, effort, and originality.

• The judges’ decision will be final and binding.

• Winners must be present at the time of announcement to claim their prizes.

Photography & Media:

• By attending this event, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes by the event organizers or affiliated media partners.

• If you wish not to appear in photos, please inform the event photographer at the venue.

Liability Waiver:

• The organizers, sponsors, and venue (MidtownX Bar & Lounge) are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event.

Right to Admission:
